Mastopexy

The mastopexy (rising up and lifting of breast) is the operation indicated in cases in which there is fallen/emptying of breast caused by lactation, abrupt lessening of weight, aging.
As final result we obtain the lifting up again of fallen breast.
The mastopexy can be practice in whichever age after the completely breast’s development. We define gigantomastia the operation in which we have to reduce a voluminous breast.

-fallen breast caused by too much volume

Operation’s techniques and scars:
There are different methods to rise up the breast. In conformity with departure situation we can adopt different techniques to search for reducing scars’ dimension, also if they will be however visible. In conformity with different formality we perform scar will be of different types: periareolare (round block) or periareolare+vertical+horizontal (T upside down’s technique). Sometimes we can operate by positioning prosthesis (mastopessi with prosthesis).
