Breast Reduction

We use this operation to reduce breast’s dimension improving the shape.This operation of reduction in dimension is advised because of limited freedom of movement in sport, because of aesthetic profile but also of functional one: the greater weight that dorsal thorn has to support.
This operation contemplate the reduction of breast’s dimension and the raising to a physiological position.

Which aesthetic problems we can solve::
-too big breast (gigantomastia)
-fallen breast because of too much volume
Operation’s techniques:
There are different methods to raise up the breast. In conformity with the departure situation we can adopt different techniques to reducing scars dimension which will remain however visible. Generally when the operation end we place 2 water-drainages for 24 hours to reduce risks of hemorrhages and haematomas.

Scars:
The greater will be the reducing zone the greater will be visible scars.
In conformity with different formality we perform scar will be of different types: periareolare or periareolare+vertical+horizontal (T upside down’s technique).
